I am most happy to confirm that the Frontenac Heritage Foundation has awarded Laurie and I (and the craftsmen who actually did the work) a commendation for the restoration work at 218 King Street. If you have a moment have a look at the pictures of the process… in the summer of 2010 I could stand in the basement and see the sky, which was a problem when it rained.
