About Excalibur's Workplace Investigation Services
In this process the investigator interviews the affected parties and gathers other pertinent evidence that contributes to a thorough understanding of the circumstances that led to the complaint. At the conclusion of the investigation a report is written that lays out the process and variables that contributed to the complaint. Depending on the mandate negotiated at the outset of the investigation the report may include recommendations to resolve the complaint and how to avoid similar complaints in the future.
